Guidance, strategy, and support to navigate your parental leave with confidence and clarity.
Who This Is For
I work with parents (and soon-to-be parents) who want to:
Prepare for parental leave with confidence and a clear plan
Navigate workplace conversations, expectations, and boundaries
Manage transitions between work and home life
Reduce stress, overwhelm, and uncertainty before, during, and after leave
Feel empowered to prioritize themselves and their family without guilt
Build practical systems for support, self-care, and reintegration into work
This coaching is ideal for professionals who want actionable strategies and emotional support, whether it’s your first leave or a subsequent one.
What We Do in Coaching
Parental Leave Coaching is goal-focused, practical, and personalized. Together, we’ll:
Map out your parental leave timeline and goals
Create strategies for communication with your employer and team
Design support systems for childcare, household responsibilities, and self-care
Identify resources and benefits to maximize your leave experience
Prepare for a smooth transition back to work, including managing expectations and boundaries
Coaching is structured to give you clarity, confidence, and concrete tools so you feel supported every step of the way.

Included in each package is access to tools and resources provided by the Center for Parental Leave Leadership.
Getting Started
Parental leave is a pivotal life transition — having a plan and support in place can make all the difference.
Schedule a consultation to discuss your goals, identify your challenges, and determine the best package for your needs.
Coaching vs. Therapy
For ethical reasons, I do not provide therapy to current coaching clients. Coaching focuses on guidance, planning, and skill-building to help you navigate parental leave, while therapy addresses mental health, emotional processing, and clinical care.
If at any point you feel you could benefit from therapy, I am happy to provide referrals to trusted therapists who can support your needs. This separation ensures that you receive the right kind of support while maintaining clear, professional boundaries.
