Let’s Talk.
Individual Psychotherapy
Evidence-based therapy that meets you where you are— insight, skills, & sustainable change.
Who I Work With
I work with adults (primarily 20–40s) who are navigating:
Pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, loss, or other major life transitions
Relationship challenges, boundary setting, or shifts in identity
Anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, or burnout
Experiences with dysfunctional family dynamics or generational patterns
Struggles with shame, self-criticism, or low self-worth
What We Do in Therapy
Therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll:
Understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that show up in your life
Learn skills to regulate emotions, manage stress, and set healthy boundaries
Process difficult experiences safely and meaningfully
Integrate mind-body approaches like EFT tapping to support emotional regulation
Apply evidence-based practices including ACT, CBT, and DBT-informed tools
Explore the why behind your reactions and choices so you can make lasting changes
Session Details
Format: Secure telehealth
Location: Licensed in New Jersey; sessions available to NJ residents only
Length: 45–50 minutes
Frequency: Weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and goals
Insurance & Fees
I offer private-pay sessions for individual therapy. This means you pay directly for your sessions, and I provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan. Many out‑of‑network plans reimburse somewhere in the range of about 50%–80% of the session cost after the deductible has been met, though this can vary widely by insurer and plan.
I’ll also guide you through the process and answer any questions, so using your insurance out-of-network benefits is as simple and stress-free as possible.
Getting Started
Reaching out is often the hardest step — and you don’t need to have it all figured out.
Schedule a consultation or intake session to talk through your goals, what’s bringing you in, and whether we’re a good fit.
Therapy vs. Coaching
For ethical reasons, I do not provide individual psychotherapy to anyone who is currently a coaching client. Therapy and coaching are different types of support: therapy focuses on mental health treatment, emotional processing, and clinical care, while coaching is goal-oriented guidance and skill-building.
If you are currently working with me as a coaching client and feel that you could benefit from psychotherapy, I am happy to provide referrals to trusted therapists who can meet your needs. My goal is to ensure everyone receives the appropriate support while maintaining clear, ethical boundaries.
